Ms. Corfidi is an Operational Meteorologist with 27 years of forecasting and meteorology experience. Ms. Corfidi brings 16 years of operational forecasting experience from her work with the National Weather Service. She most recently worked as a Meteorologist Instructor at the National Weather Service’s Warning Decision Training Division, where she taught new NWS meteorologists how to analyze Doppler radar data and issue severe weather warnings.

Ms. Corfidi works as a consulting meteorologist, researching past weather events. Ms. Corfidi can locate and interpret past weather reports, including radar data, and provide opinions on the incidence of hail, wind or tornado events at a particular site given the environmental and storm report data.
